Steve has more than 50 years of experience in most accounting matters and has extensive financial planning experience having served on the Boards of 2 New York Stock Exchange Companies and in those capacities Chaired the Strategic Planning Committee, the Compensation Committee and the Audit Committee as well as having been a Board Member on 8 banks during his career. He has also acted in the capacity of Executor and Trustee of many clients’ estates and trusts. Steve has served as a Commissioner of the New Jersey Casino Reinvestment Development Authority appointed by Governors Florio and Whitman. In addition, he has been an active team member of attorneys in estate planning and the drafting of Shareholder and other business agreements.
